Two part series.  The first looks at why so many find meditation so difficult. Also the home of the quick 3 minute meditation. The sec o nd, of course, shows you a meditation which is easy, interesting and powerful.  We use this meditation from now on through the course (if you like it) to put power and energy into the changes we are making toward happiness.  Meditation seems to make life flow easily, and smoothly.  You wont know it, though, until you give it a go.

Inner Child Series: Connect Today Past

Three part series.  Why to connect with your inner child, connecting up with your inner child.  Seeing your inner child in your every day life, and then taking a look back to see the inner child at work in the past.  This is one of the most powerful tutorials I have for you, for it helps you become a parent to yourself, start to make healthy decisions for yourself, recognise your feelings and emotions, and cope with them, and let go of the past by forgiving ourselves our mistakes.  Make sure you do this series for series shifts in your happiness levels.

Forgiveness: Videos x 2

With the help of what we learned in the inner child series, it is a small step to forgiving others of our past, and finally making a clear break of the past, and leaping into a much happier future.  Very exciting stuff, but do the inner child series first.

Gratitude:  Videos x 2

Feeling grateful and thankful can add a huge boost to our happiness levels, make us much more positive, and positively effect those around us.  Once we learn to be thankful and grateful we find more and more to be thankful for, and more and more comes into our lives to be grateful for.  You can’t loose with gratitude.  I let you know some exercises here to help cultivate gratitude in your life.
